Chelsea has been in the commercial real estate industry for the past 12 years. She has worked directly with local commercial real estate firms in the Indianapolis area managing marketing initiatives and assisting brokers – and has also worked with a site selection firm that handled incentive negotiations and site selection for companies expanding or relocating throughout the United States. Over the last 6 years, Chelsea has consulted with commercial real estate firms throughout the United States handling their overall brand initiatives, website development, property marketing, company marketing and more. She has worked with an impressive 500+ commercial real estate companies over this time period. Chelsea started FocusedCRE in 2018 in order to give commercial real estate clients high quality marketing material under a direction she was fully on board, excited and proud about.
Chelsea is proud to have served in the United States Air Force as an intelligence analyst. She has her bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies and a minor in Terrorism Studies.
Chelsea lives in Fishers, IN with her husband, 4 children and two dogs. When she isn’t working and managing her children’s schedules she enjoys cooking, hiking, archery and the occasional Netflix binge.
Alexia has more than 12 years creating and implementing digital marketing strategy. Her clients commend her on her proactivity, high energy, and vision. What she enjoys most about developing marketing in the world of CRE is seeing the ROI come to life after implementation.
Lindsay’s experience with residential real estate photography and digital marketing brings a unique perspective to FocusedCRE. She obtained her MBA in English from Ball State University before going on to work for a well-known publishing company. After a few years, she traded in books for a camera and immersed herself in the world of real estate, photographing and marketing local properties for sale.
Lindsay lives in Indianapolis with her husband, two kids, and her 13-year-old dog (who is still affectionately referred to as “puppy”). On the off chance that she’s not at her computer or chasing her kids around, you can find her curled up with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Linda is originally from South Africa where she studied Graphic Design before relocating to Los Angeles in 1996. With a diverse background in conference coordination, graphic design, and leadership roles in advertising and marketing, she has excelled in managing marketing initiatives for various companies. Notably, she oversaw marketing support for in-house teams and orchestrated marketing for multiple brokerage locations at DAUM Commercial Real Estate.
During her time at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, Linda showcased her creativity as a graphic designer by crafting high end, custom property marketing materials tailored to the Los Angeles area. With over two decades of experience in branding and design, Linda possesses extensive expertise in print, digital, and social media technologies, along with team management skills. Emphasizing the importance of effective communication, Linda collaborates closely with leasing professionals, client services, and digital teams to deliver personalized marketing solutions.
Linda is a devoted dog enthusiast, sharing her home with her husband and two black Labradors in Los Angeles, California.
Angelene started her career in the graphics field in 1988 with a printing company in the pre-press department, eventually moving into the digital design area. In 1997 she then ventured forward as a studio designer for a wallpaper company, staying for 11 years before joining a commercial real estate firm where she worked 10 years as their marketing coordinator/graphic designer.
Angelene resides in York, PA with her husband, son and a black chow chow named Chase. When she isn’t working she enjoys cooking, the outdoors, creating artwork, socializing and curling up with a good book and a glass of Cabernet.
Chase grew up in Macon, GA, and Buffalo, NY, and has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 6 years, beginning in Denver, CO, before relocating to Southern California in 2020. With over two decades of design experience across industries such as advertising, fine jewelry, foodservice equipment, and event organization, Chase brings a well-rounded expertise that blends creativity and business insight.
Chase currently resides in Long Beach, CA, with his partner, and enjoys spending free time playing music, cycling, hiking, and connecting with a close-knit community of friends.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Megan attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communication – Art Direction, along with a minor in Art. Her passion for graphic design began during her time as an editor for her high school’s yearbook, where she learned how to tell stories through visuals. Throughout college and beyond, she gained experience working in various marketing departments, creating designs that were not only visually appealing but also effectively communicated messages to the right audience. She attributes her strong foundation in marketing and communication to shaping her approach as a graphic designer today.
After getting married and having two children, Megan transitioned into freelance graphic design with a focus on the commercial real estate industry, helping brokers, developers, and firms create compelling marketing materials that stand out in a competitive market. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses build brands with unique styles and messaging that resonate with their target audiences. With a commitment to great communication, a strong work ethic, and clean, effective design, she ensures that every client receives a personalized experience—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Heather is a seasoned marketing professional with nearly ten years of experience working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. As Director of Operations at a leading brokerage, she has provided sales assistance to brokers and managed key Marketing initiatives and campaigns, program implementation, and event planning. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design with a minor in Marketing.
Heather lives in Fishers with her husband, two daughters, and her Boston Terrier Isla. When she isn't working you will most likely find her at the softball fields cheering on her oldest daughter. Her passion includes traveling, reading, event planning, fitness, and any outdoor activities.
